Clinical Sports Therapy
Injury & Pain Treatment

Sports therapy is a form of healthcare that focuses on prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries and musculoskeletal pain. 

Treatment methods and approaches are similar to those used in physiotherapy, with the aim of getting a client back to pain free functional and sports specific movement.  

During a Sports Therapy appointment, you will be taken through an initial consultation and full assessment of your injury/pain to help identify potential causes and guide a treatment plan. 

Follow up appointments will then focus on exercise therapy (injury rehabilitation). 

New clients (or new injuries/pain)

90 minutes - £60

During your first appointment, I will conduct a range of assessments to establish a treatment plan.

This will be followed by prescription of daily exercises for mobility/pain relief. 

The session will conclude with discussion of an ongoing treatment plan.

Following your appointment, you will receive your daily exercises within 48hrs.

follow up appointments

60 minutes - £45 OR 30 minutes - £35

Follow up sessions will be focused around the given treatment plan and will be exercise based.

Follow up packages

It is impossible to determine how many follow up appointments an injury or pain will require as every individual is unique. As a rule of thumb, the longer the injury/pain has been present, the longer it will take to resolve, however this is largely down to what you do to manage it.

The only thing that will make a physical improvement to your injury/pain (other than surgery) is exercise!

Exercise therapy and injury rehabilitation follow specific scientifically proven strategies to heal injuries, reduce pain and prevent them from reoccurring.

I understand that regular appointments can be expensive, therefore I have put together some packages with this in mind. It can take at least 6- 12 weeks to make noticeable physiological changes in the tissues, which is why the 1:1 packages are for 6 weeks.

If you are confident/motivated performing exercises at home or in the gym, then a personalised plans will be most suitable. However if you feel you need a little more support, then 1:1 sessions are for you!

6 week packages

60 minute appointments - £210 (£35 per session)

45 minute appointments - £180 (£30 per session)

30 minute appointments - £150 (£25 per session)

The 6 week packages are for 1:1 exercise therapy/injury rehab appointments. We will discuss suitable home exercises, however if you would like a specific plan to follow, please the personalised plan options below.

1:1 sessions are ideal for those who need some additional support or just some accountability. 

During these sessions we will focus on exercises for mobility, flexibility, strength and stability as suitable to your goal/condition. The exercises will utilise equipment including bands, dumbbells, kettlebells and the reformer.

Please note 30 minute appointments will have more specific focuses and you will likely work on mobility/flexibility OR strength & stability. 

Home/gym exercise programs

All prescribed exercise plans are unique to you and your specific goals/requirements rather than generic copy and paste plans. Every plan includes an image, video demo and instructions on how to perform the exercise, as well as any instructions that are specific to you. This ensures you get the most out of your exercise plan and feel confident performing exercises unsupervised. Exercises will be selected based on your available equipment as well as any individual limitations. 

*All clients are required to attend an initial assessment before exercises can be prescribed.

4 week block - £120

Lite rehab/strength plan

  • 1-2 sessions per week 
  • Full description, image and video demo of each exercise for reference
  • Tailored to your individual requirements and goals
  • Personalised exercise modifications/variations based on injury/pain restrictions.
  • Weekly review of exercises and amended plan each week based on feedback, pain levels etc.

4 week block - £99
