Currently all clients (new & existing) must complete a Covid-19 declaration prior to every appointment. You will be asked to complete a short form after selecting your appointment time.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email you book with. This is automated so please check your spam folder if not received.

If you cannot find a time that works for you e.g. you can’t arrive until 6.45pm please get in touch to discuss suitable alternatives.

I am currently requesting payment in advance of attending your appointment. When booking online, payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Rescheduling an appointment
You can re-schedule your appointment online up until 48hrs beforehand.

Any appointments cancelled (not re-booked) less than 48hrs before or no-shows are non-refundable.
If you plan to re-book but cannot do so at the time of cancelling, a discretionary credit note may be issued. Please get in touch to discuss.
Cancellations due to Covid-19
If you need to cancel outside of the cancellation period due to illness, self-isolation or local/national restriction, a credit note will be issued with 45 days expiry. (This may be extended if additional restrictions prevent use).
Appointment faqs - sports massage therapy
OH Sports Therapy is located on Jerningham Road, Norwich, NR5 0RG.
Just 2 miles from the A47 (Sainsburys at Longwater) and 4 miles (15 minute drive) outside of the city centre.
There are plenty of bus stations a short walk away.
From the City Centre take the 23 bus to Heartsease from Rampant Horse Street and get off at Gurney Road – it is then just a 4 minute walk.
As you enter the driveway, please drive straight ahead.
You can either park directly in front of the garden building or down the side of the house.
Please do not park on the road or block the entrance to the driveway.
Some treatments may involve a physical assessment and to allow the most accurate observations, it is important that your movement and posture can be seen clearly (not concealed by loose clothing).
Please wear/bring with a pair of shorts (above the knee) and if you are more comfortable being assessed with a top on, please wear a close fitting top.
Please wear/bring with you a pair of shorts, a strappy top and wear a bra that unclips at the back (avoiding sports bras).
If you are having cupping therapy, I would recommend wearing a sports bra as you may be required to move around during the treatment.
During treatments you will be covered by towels to maintain your comfort, warmth and privacy.
Please be aware that certain conditions and illnesses can be affected by massage and it is therefore critical that you provide GP consent for treatments if you currently or have recently had any of the following:
Osteomalacia, Rickets, Muscular Dystrophy, Meningitis, Brain Hemorrhage, Brain Tumour, Stroke, Transient Ischaemic Attack, Severe Headaches/Migraines, Epilepsy, Motor Nerve Disorder, Diabetes, Infectious Skin Disease e.g. Acute Impetigo, Ringworm and Scabies, Infectious/Non-Infectious Respiratory Conditions e.g. Pulmonary Tuberculosis, Pneumonia, Bronchitis or Sinusitis, Heart Attack, Heart Failure, Angina, Arteriosclerosis, Atherosclerosis, Deep Vein Thrombosis.
