Those who suffer from lower back pain are often forced to accept that it is now a way of life. That you will always have ‘issues’ and regular treatment or medication is the only way to stay on top of pain management… But that’s simply not true.
Regular soft tissue therapy is a great way to treat and prevent lower back pain BUT it should be treated as a complementary therapy NOT the only method of managing it.
Speaking from experience, one of the best things you can do to treat chronic back pain is to exercise. This can take various forms and will be specific to the individual, but should always be a key focus of treatment and pain prevention/management.
There are also various other methods of self management that can be applied to help you return to normal function.
As a Soft Tissue Therapist, my intention is to provide treatment to initially reduce pain, as well as guidance on how to manage and prevent pain moving forward.
Do not just accept lower back pain, learn how to fix it!
