It will be challenging. Your body won’t be able to do the things it used to or in the same way and you will become frustrated and feel like giving up.
Instead; swallow your pride and trust the process.
Do your boring rehab exercises, lift 50% less than you used to, walk and jog instead of running and sprinting … but most importantly listen to your body! Be aware of how your body responds to a certain stimulus and adjust movements accordingly.
Scale in the short term so you can come back stronger and fitter in the long term!
